We are so pleased with the service we received from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, you could change your design and it wasn’t a problem. The bears we have received were wonderful. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Cath made the process so much easier because it was a hard thing to do. Cath treated them with compassion.

We recently purchased memory ducks and bears for myself and my 3 children, all lovingly made from our Nan and Grumpy’s clothes, and they are absolutely beautiful. Every single piece was created with so much care and attention to detail, perfectly capturing each person’s vision and personality.

The little extra touches made them even more special and meaningful. You can truly see the love and thought that went into making them. They are such comforting, beautiful reminders of our loved ones that we will treasure forever.

From start to finish, Cath was just the best to deal with. She was kind. Compassionate, caring and friendly. She handled my grandma's clothes with the most respect and really listened to my ideas and what I wanted to feature on my bear. She was 100% honest and truthful if she didn't think a certain material would work and she worked together with me to create the most beautiful design. I will go back to her time and time again as I honestly dont think I couldve got better service or a more beautiful bear anywhere else. Cath has her own tranquil, perfect space workshop where she creates each item which such care and compassion. She is fast, efficient and very skillfull- you can't put a price on that. Great translation of the Bespoke cushion design, using vintage fabric. Backed the vintage fabric, great stability & detailing too. Very helpful advice & guidance. The order was processed in a good time frame. Great communication too.

I cannot recommend Cath enough! This is the second dress we’ve had for our little girl and the whole process from start to finish is seamless and Cath prides herself on items being just perfect and this was just that!
We love how we can style the shorts and hat with a top for a second outfit! I also couldn’t resist getting a matching hairband for myself as I loved it so much!

We ordered 3 memory cushions made from my grandads shirts as keepsakes for my grandma, mum and myself. Cath kindly managed to make one in time for my mums birthday which simply made her day as she had no idea! The cushions were all perfect and we were also offered the off cuts in case we could make use of them which my grandma was happy to receive back. The customer service from Cath was unmatched from start to finish! Thanks so much again! ☺️

This dress was bought as a gift for my little girl and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect dress! Cath was so accommodating with making sure it fitted her just perfect ☺️ we loved it with a long sleeve top underneath in colder months and now it’s getting warmer she wears it with a cardigan on top of it gets chilly!

Catharine was so caring and kind. She was very patient with me during the design process, making sure I was happy with every decision and helped me with ideas when I was stuck. I never felt rushed as she spent hours on just designing them let alone their creation. The bears are incredible pieces of work, I am so happy with them all & so are their recipients! With lots of compliments already. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sentimental, bespoke item. Thank you for turning my grandads clothes into something so magical and precious.
