We accept returns within 30 days, see our returns policy for more details. Don't hesitate to contact us if anything isn't right with your order! 

Collections

If you are local to Bristol BS16 -South Gloucestershire UK and would like to collect your order directly from us, you are welcome to do so by appointment. Please ensure you leave you contact details. The full address will be given once you've placed your order. 

Shipping: 

Items listed that are already made and will be shipped within 2-4 working days. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked. Dispatch time for custom or made -to- order products will vary, but each item listed will detail in the description. Contact us for special requests.

Out of stock items:

If something you'd like is out of stock, we may be able to make more! Contact us to find out. 

Sizing: 

If in any doubt of what size to order, for pet or baby items, do contact us. Hopefully we can give some more information and point you in the right direction.
